Creation: The tiara was made 1997 by Millie Behrens.  The tiara has orange topaz, green tourmaline, or diamond only centers that can be switched out and the tourmaline center can be worn as a brooch.

Materials: diamonds set in yellow gold with orange topaz or green tourmaline interchangeably
